Please join us to help Margo FUNdraise money benefiting the Walk to End Alzheimer's Association.  A portion of your workshop registration or take home kit will be donated to the association.

Project Options- 18" Round($60), 12"x12" Square($45), 6"x32" Plank($50), 8"x16" Small Plank($35), 8"x8" Kids Square ($30)

Samples shown are examples only, you will be able to choose your stain and paint colors to customize your project.  Not able to attend the workshop?  No problem, we have take home kits as an option! Registration closes on Saturday, April 5th.

How It Works (Important information on registering, PLEASE READ):

  • Choose your project type from the drop down menu.  Project designs are numbered. Make sure the grouping of projects matches your selection and includes the design you would like.
  • In the project number box list the project number you would like.  For example, the Home Sweet Home round is R19, you would enter R19 here.
  • If your design example shows personalization please fill in the information needed to prep your project in the personalization box.  This is ONLY applicable to projects that show personalization in the example such as last name, date, etc.
  • If you will not be attending the workshop but would like a take home kit please select YES for take home kit.
  • Take Home Kit ONLY- Select your stain color and select up to 3 paint colors.  We will prep your kit with everything you need to complete your project at home.  We will contact you via email when your take home kit is ready for pickup. 
  • Workshop Attendees ONLY- Fill in the seating section if you are coming with friends. You DO NOT need to select stain and paint colors, you will choose those during the workshop if you are attending in person.
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR FUNDRAISER EVENTS. If you are unable to attend we will prep your project as a take home kit.
  • *Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.

Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production of your projects. Due to the customization of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS and NO CREDITS FOR SPECIALITY WORKSHOPS AND OFFSITE EVENTS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops and must be used within 60 days. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (hammerandstainstateline@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment. If you have to cancel, we can hold your project for up to 60 days for you to come in and complete at one of our Open Paints/Studio times or to bring home and complete. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
