Create a stunning, dimensional keepsake in this relaxing and meaningful hands-on workshop. In this class, guests will assemble and finish a beautiful layered mandala heart design made from precision-cut wood pieces. With intricate details and multiple layers, this project creates depth, texture, and visual impact—perfect for home décor or a heartfelt gift.
Participants will choose from a variety of stain and paint options to customize each layer, learning simple techniques for color placement and alignment to bring the design to life. The inspirational quote engraved around the heart adds a thoughtful finishing touch, making each piece truly special.
Choose between a floral or mandala design. You can also choose to have the quote left off or just have a series of small dots outlining the heart without the quote. Project measures approximately 10"x10".
No prior crafting experience is needed—our instructors will guide you step by step through layering, adhering, and finishing your project. You’ll leave with a completed, ready-to-hang piece that’s both modern and timeless.
How to Register:
Choose your project choice from the drop down menu. Options are floral or mandala designs. Choose if you'd like the quote, dot outline, or plain with nothing around the outside of the heart.
If coming with friends, indicate who you'd like to sit with.

Inclement Weather Policy At Hammer & Stain Stateline, the safety of our makers, guests, and staff is our top priority. As a DIY workshop that hosts public and private classes, we understand that winter storms and other severe weather conditions may affect our scheduled events. Please review our policy below.
Class Cancellation & Rescheduling
If it is deemed unsafe for makers or staff to travel to the studio, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled for a future date.
In the event of a cancellation, customers will be notified via email or text. (No phone calls will be made.)
It is the responsibility of the maker to check their email for updates related to the rescheduled class date and time.
We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather.
Options for Rescheduled Classes
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, you may choose to complete your project during an open paint session. Please contact us to schedule a time within our available hours.
No refunds will be given if you choose not to attend the rescheduled class or complete your project during an open session.
Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production of your projects. Due to the customization of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS and NO CREDITS FOR SPECIALITY WORKSHOPS AND OFFSITE EVENTS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops and must be used within 60 days.
