Join us for a fun evening of crafting! We'll be staining and painting a board design of your choice! Projects shown are examples only, you will be able to choose your own stain and paint colors in studio!
Registration closes Tuesday, May 13th to allow time to prep projects.
How to Register:
1. Choose your project size choice. 12x12 Square, 12" Round, or 8x16" Plank.
2. In the project choice box, indicate which number design you would like. There are two graphics showing design options 1-16.
3. Add any personalization if applicable to your design. If personalization is not shown in your design choice, it cannot be added.
4. Confirm and checkout!
IMPORTANT INFO:
Most of our projects are made from pine wood. Due to the nature of lumber, no board is perfect. We strive to pick the best boards available but natural wood will have slight imperfections. Please understand we cannot switch out your wood in class simply because it isn't perfect.
Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.
There are REFUNDS/CREDITS for private events! If you are unable to attend, we will prep your project as a take home kit. Please email us if you are unable to attend info@hammerandstainstateline.com
Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production of your projects. Due to the customization of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS and NO CREDITS FOR SPECIALITY WORKSHOPS AND OFFSITE EVENTS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops and must be used within 60 days. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us (hammerandstainstateline@gmail.com) to cancel. If you do not show up for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment. If you have to cancel, we can hold your project for up to 60 days for you to come in and complete at one of our Open Paints/Studio times or to bring home and complete.
